booked. Booked dates are highlighted in
blue, part booked weeks are shaded in green. Changeover days are
normally on a Saturday but outside high season changeover days are
flexible. Part weeks or weekend rates are also negotiable, please feel
free to contact us for further information.
Prices
are per week, there are no supplements for extra people. The prices
includes gas and electricity for cooking, hot and cold water. Heating is
included in the price for October through until May. Bed linen and bath
towels are provided.

Booking
must be confirmed with a non-refundable deposit of £100 per week booked,
payable by cheque to S Greenway and R Hannam. The balance is payable eight weeks before the
start of the holiday. We suggest that guests take out holiday insurance
to cover any loss of deposit or balance due to unforeseen circumstances.
Changeover
day for your holiday is normally on a Saturday. The property is
available from 4pm on the first day and should be vacated by 10am on the
morning of departure. If you are arriving early or later, please let us
know. We always endeavour to be as flexible as possible to accommodate
your needs. Changeover day can be flexible during Low Season. Part weeks
or weekend rates are also negotiable, please feel free to contact us for
further information. Guests should leave the longere clean and in the
same state as they found it at the end of their stay.
