The living area comprises of a large lounge with wood-burning stove. A small DVD and TV is provided together with radio/CD player. The lounge opens into the kitchen/dining area which comfortable sits 8 people. The modern well equipped kitchen comprises dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, fridge with icebox and an electric/gas cooker.

The longere sleeps 8 people. The master bedroom has  exposed beams and a vaulted ceiling with its own washbasin.

There are two further twin bedrooms on the first floor together with a family bathroom with bath and shower.

The fourth bedroom is on the ground floor and  is a large double or twin room with ensuite wet room. This room leads off the lounge and has level external access to  front and rear of  the property and is ideally suited to people with disabilities. Easy access is throughout the whole of the ground floor.

Disabled mobile shower chair provided

French doors at the rear lead to a patio and large enclosed lawned garden. There is a barbeque for visitors use.
