There is a large secure rear garden, and good size patio and parking area to the front. Numerous beaches and local attractions ensure the perfect family holiday.

The cottage is about 35 minutes drive from St Malo on the northern coast of Brittany. Les Hottieux is within easy reach of many of the fabulous beaches and attractions in the area. The charming walled town of Dinan on the River Rance, with its squares, castle, shops, markets and many restaurants is a must to visit. Other historic towns to visit include Dinard, St Malo, Rennes, Lamballe and Jugon Les Lacs. There are parks, chateaux, zoos, horse riding, canoeing, fishing and sailing all available locally. There is a superb nine hole golf course on the edge of the village and other championship courses nearby. The pretty small town of Plancoet, famous for its bottled water, is a 7 minute drive from the cottage, and can provide most everyday items, from the large supermarket or shops. A small boulangerie shop in the next village provides delicious baguettes and pain.

The property was renovated in 2006 to a high standard to provide 4 double or twin bed accommodation and is designed to sleep 8. The main bedroom upstairs has beautiful beamed and vaulted ceilings and its own washbasin. There are two further twin bedrooms and a bathroom with shower on the first floor. The ground floor bedroom with french doors to the front and rear has its own wetroom, and has been specifically designed with disabled or elderly visitors in  mind.  There is an attractive large living room with fireplace and woodburning stove, with an opening to a delightful kitchen and dining area. The newly fitted kitchen with all modern appliances is designed to make your stay a home from home.
